TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
As people got up to move around, they would all bump into each other, and she noticed the other girl seemed put off by the whole thing. "Hey watch it, or you'll my boot up your ass!" The person who had gotten a little too close to them didn't seem to expect them to say anything and jumped a bit before scurrying off. They probably didn't mean to, but people had ways of being disrespectful. Cindy was used to crowded areas, so this wasn't anything new to her. She kept on eye on the girl next to her though, just in case.
Giving a nod, she listened to the girl who was now messing with a ribbon on her tail. "Then I really hope that this thing picks up a little, or you won't have many ideas to go off of." If the whole thing was like the first match, then she was going to have some words with the people putting on the event, that was for sure. She wished her Pee-Paw was here as well, he'd really give them a piece of his mind.
"Nice to meet ya Mikoto." Cindy said with a smile. Meeting new people came naturally to Cindy, she did run a mechanic shop with her grandfather after all. She had to have conversation skills or they might not have had as many customers. Though, she had heard that some people just came to see her, and not want anything done to their car, or very little. She was still confused about that.
The next thing Cindy knew, the girl was saying more in one go than she had the entire time they had been there! Or, well it seemed so. Cindy had to give some thought about the question. She knew her way around cars well enough, but the main mechanics around robots was a little trickier. "Well, first ya gotta make sure everything is tightened. Is there enough support in place for it?" They were simple things, but Cindy once spent too much time helping someone fix something that just ended up not being plugged in.

TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
As Cindy took a drink of water, she swallowed it very slowly as she watched...a dragon fly over head. Now, Eos had its fair share of monsters, animals, and just creatures alike. In all her time here, she had yet to see anythin' like that. So, the dragon didn't neccessarily scare her, but more confused her. Was Torensten known for them then? She had mostly been in Sonora, so maybe it was just a thing there. A thought occured to her. It didn't seem like anything was huntin' it down, so maybe it was friendly? Maybe she could get it to help her pull the car the rest of the way.
The plan was quickly dismissed as the dragon landed, and a man stepped out with his arms raised. As she watched, the man also made the dragon put its hands up, or well, paws? She wasn't really sure what they were actually called. "Now isn't that just somethin'. I've never seen a dragon do that before, and I'm quite impressed." She set her water bottle down on the trunk and jumped off of it.
"It's alright, dragons don't scare me. I've seen worse in my days." Though, that kind of made her sound old, but she waved it off. The daemons in her home land were much scarier than this, and she had never heard of anyone tamin' any of those things. She'd be down right petrified of the person who could! Making her way towards them, she took a good look at the dragon. "Yer a pretty little thing, aren't ya?" Hopefully she didn't offend it by sayin' that.
The man was then questioning about the car, and Cindy gave a scoff. "Oh I took a job off of one of them boards. I work as a mechanic, and they were paying pretty well. The post say it was car parts, but failed to mention it was the whole damn thing. I plan on takin' it there, and then chargin' a whole lot more than their askin' price, that's for damn sure." She knew she probably looked rather odd draggin' the thing around, but she was going to get her money, one way or another. "Name's Cindy."

TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
If you were to run into Cindy at this moment, you wouldn't have a clue that she was the type of person to help anyone that they came across, for a price of course. You might not even be able to tell that she knew exactly what she was doing at all times. Hell, you might not even think she even knew some of the words that were coming out of her mouth. Honestly, you probably didn't even know half of the words, and neither did she. They were just coming out at this point because, well, she was pissed.
"When I get back, you can bet your lyin' carcass that I'm raisin' the price on this." It was relief when she could see Torensten in the distance, and her determination to give this guy a piece of her mind was what was pushing her through at this point. Why was she so mad you ask? Well, there had been a job posted. It stated that they needed someone to head out into the middle of no where to get a piece of machinery. That obviously got the attention of the blonde grease monkey.
Yes, she had asked if the object in question was heavy. She was told no. Yes, she had asked specifics. They had told her it was for a car. They had lied, sort of. It was for a car alright. It was the car. Now, she could have went back and said no. She needed the money though, and she knew how to hassle with the best of them. Her plan, was to get the car there, but she had taken some important pieces from it. The person who sent her off would have to pay triple to get the pieces back, and back on properly.
Of course she had walked there with just a rope to drag the object, she had no reason not to! So, here she was, pulling the car with a rope. Lucikly she knew how to get it to roll, or she would have had much bigger problems. Dropping the rope, she decided to stop for a brief moment. Taking out the water bottle she had in her bag, she sat on the trunk of the car a little ways out of Torensten. Taking a drink, she wiped some sweat off of her forehead. This man was going to pay, and pay big time.

1. How did your character find out Ignis and Gladio were in trouble? She doesn't know yet, but should know relatively soon. 2. How does your character come to collude with Cissnei? Cissnei does not work for free, so have something to offer. Cindy can fix most machinery, find random cars and make them look completely different for various reasons, anything to do with cars and such if Cissnei ever needs help with that. 3. What part of the break out are they helping with?: a) setup, b) extraction team, c) getaway The getaway, she'll be ready in the drivers seat. 4. Can Cissnei trust you? Snitches get stitches. Yes, Cindy is very loyal, especially to those helping her boys out.

TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
At the question, Cindy turned to the other girl. "Well, if ya start out with the big ones with all the action, the ones after that don't seem as excitin'." Cindy explained with a smile. "It's like, when you're tellin' a story. If you tell it with then endin' first, how they got there doesn't seem all that interestin'." Hopefully she explained it well enough. She did know people that read the ending and still liked how they got to that point, so she may have used a bad example.
Looking back into the arena, it seemed as though there was some excitement happening. As the Sting made its way to the sidelines, she thought it might end up causing some problems. What ended up happening was another robot was woken up and captured the Sting. This was going to prove just how tough the little guy was. She watched as the operators of the Sting were starting to freak out a little bit. They didn't seem to have a plan for this, and Cindy sat back. It looked like this match was over.
The ending wasn't too bad, but lasers weren't really Cindy's thing. It was a show though, and the blonde still clapped when the winner was announced. Hopefully the next match was a little more exciting. The girl was asking her a question and Cindy turned her attention to her. "Unfortunately no. I haven't been here very long, and heard about the event much too late to even get anything started. Maybe next time though. How about yourself?"
Cindy looked over the arena as the announcer stated it would be about five minutes before the next match started, as they had to clear the Sting from the arena and get the next match ready to go. Looking back over at the girl, Cindy offered her hand. "Name's Cindy. Pleasure to be watchin' with ya." It was nice to sit by someone who seemed to have an actual interest in this, and wasn't here just to watch machines hit machines.

TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
It seemed that Cindy had spoken too soon. A few moments after she had stated they were off to a slow start, the sweet sound of metal filled the arena and Cindy shivered with excitement. The noise was like a song to her, and she was glad she came. The contraptions were going at it better than she thought they would, and this was only the beginning. She hoped that it would just get bigger and better from here, but she could tell she was going to be satisfied with this event.
"That they do. I just wanna see some action!" Cindy almost pumped her fist in the air, but decided against it. She didn't wanna come off too strong just yet. Cindy had suggested something like this to Paw-Paw once, but he shot her idea down. He had a point, parts were already hard to come by where they were from, so they weren't to be wasted. She had been okay with it. They had been one of the only repair shops around the Crown City, so they had enough on their hands as it was.
As if the other girl had been reading her thoughts, Cindy gave a nod. "They really are. The ideas are far too simple, but for a starting battle, I guess it makes sense." You don't want to start out big because then the excitement ends up dying down and you lose the attention of the crowd. Start out slow and steady, and then really get them going on the end. Always leave them wanting more.
"I would certainly hope so. If all the fights end up like this, not many will want to come back again." To be fair, she might. This was the only thing that had really caught her eye since she had been here, so until something else came around, this was what she would look forward to. "The people who made them are actin' like they're little kids drivin' toy cars around. I sure hope there's contraptions that have some real thought into 'em."

TEACH THEM BOYS A LESSON
Cindy Aurum could fit in just about anywhere, as long as it had machines she could work on. She had found herself in Zephon about a month or so ago, and as much as she missed her Paw-Paw, she knew he would carry on without her. The old man was too stubborn to dwell on things for too long, and would push forward. She missed him, but she too needed to just keep on with her life. So, she had found herself a job at a local mechanics shop, working on anything and everything that came her way.
Today, she had gotten the day off, and knew exactly where she wanted to go. News had come across her ears about some robots fightin', and thats where she wanted to be. Kahiko Valley wasn't too terribly far away, so the journey wasn't a long one, especially compared to the ones she had in the past. She hoped it would be worth it. If she got there and the competition was dull, she would not be happy.
Arriving a little into the first fight, she paid her way and made it inside. It was pretty packed inside, but she found a seat next to a girl with a tail in her lap. It didn't bother her one bit though and she gave the girl a smile. "Seems to be a slow start, dontcha think?" She wasn't really sure if the girl would listen to her, but it would be rude to plop herself right next to someone and not say anything. At least, to her it was. If the girl didn't want to talk, she would respect that as well.
Cindy wished she could have entered into the competiton, but by the time she had heard about it, it was too late to even try to start building something, even with her expertise. The two that were starting the fight weren't the worst contraptions she had ever seen, but there were some things she would fix up. The tail like weapon was a little to chunky, and there was a chance it wouldn't move fast enough to strike. While the other was a little to simple for her taste, very little imagination.

When one goes to a mechanic to get work done on a car, they don't normally expect to find a blonde in short shorts there to help them. Cindy greets them like they're no different from her own family, with a smile and a hearty welcome. Customers can feel at ease with her kindness and generous hospitality from the start of their visit. How the rest of the visit goes depends on how you act.
Cindy likes to tell people she's married to her work, and that's no lie. She is passionate about what she does, and makes every customer a priority. Focused on any task she's given, this grease monkey gives her all to everything she does. There's not a challenge she won't try to take on, even if she ends up failing. She believes in learning from her mistakes so she can do better in the future.
Friends are hard to come by for Cindy, and it's not because of her personality. She is dedicated to her work, and that's something people don't understand. She has little time to do anything outside of the shop, and she likes it that way. The few friends she does make love being around her. She is always full of energy and can tell it like it is if you upset her. Being blunt is just how she is, and you can love her or hate her for it.
III. HISTORY
Cindy was born in the town of Keycatrich to Melba Aurum and Mid Sophiar. At a young age, she became an orphan, a situation that greatly affected her. Her grandfather Cid took her in and raised her. There is a time were she recounts a tale of seeing people killed by daemons when she was six, due to the fact that they did not have daemon-staving headilghts on their car. It is unknown that those people were her parents, but Bid also recounts the event as her parent dying by daemons while on the road.
Growing up, Cindy learned a lot about cars and other machinery. Her grandfather owned the Hammerhead, a car repair shop in Leide, and she worked there as well. Over time, cars became her passion, and she loved working on them. Some would say that she didn't have a normal upbringing, but Cindy didn't mind. She was still friendly to people, but didn't really make friends that easily. She would talk your ear off, but a part of her feared getting too close to anyone, as they could be lost as well.
Life on the outlands of Lucis had not been easy, seeing as there was an ongoing war with Niflheim. Cindy remained in high spirits even with everything going on, and met a Holly Teulle, who would think of Cindy like a baby sister. She also meets Noctis and his friends, on account of their car breaking down in Leide. The car is a classic, and Cindy is instantly smitten with the Regalia. Cindy gets along with the four boys, and even persuades them to run an errand for her. If they ever needed anything like a tow or modifications done, Cindy was the one to call.
When she finds out the boys lost the Regalia at the Disc of Cauthess, Cindy takes off to track it down. It only takes her a couple days, and she calls Noctis to tell him the car has been taken to an imperial base. While they are there, Cindy asks them to grab mythril ore for her friends that work in Lestallum. The ore would then be used to repair the royal vessel for him. With the help of Holly, the repairs are finished.
While out with Holly during the Assassin's Festival, Cindy runs into the boys again, which impresses Holly that Cindy knows her best hunters. One night, the imperial general Loqi Tummelt comes to town and kidnaps Holly, which has Cindy begging Noctis and his friends to save her. Deperate to save her friend, Cindy lends a hand as well, breaking the Wallbreaker Wave generator so Noctis is able to use his power of kings. All ends well, and they meet up in town.
Cindy is forced to leave Hammerhead and ends up in Lestallum. One night, she decides to venture out to look for items to help with cooking and things like that. During her hunt, she sits down against a tree, exhausted from the days work. Not realizing she had drifted off, she wakes up and hasn't a clue where she is. Taking off running to the nearest town, it occurs to her that she's lost, and doesn't recognize anything. Was this the result of the war?
