"It is a pleasure Angeal," Keimusho responds. "Fret not, tis' is only natural to have questions when you are suddenly brought to a place unfamiliar to you. I personally regret not asking more questions when I first was brought here." Keimusho still had question pertaining to this world alongside a curiosity of the world of the other individuals brought here.
Angeal would then inquire about the crime in this city. Keimusho responds, "Well I wouldn't be able to point out anything specific. From what I heard the city is riddled gang wars and black markets. That is of course alongside the expected robbery and assault. The reason it's like this is because the guard have their attention focused on dragons up north, or so I heard. A land in my homeworld had an issue with dragons once before so I have no reason to doubt such a claim." Not to mention that Keimusho did have an encounter with members of a dragon-worshiping cult just a few days ago. He wondered if the two had any sort of correlation.
Still, I wish I could tell you more. However, I've personally only been in this city once before so I wouldn't be able to go into great detail of the extent of the crime in this city," the ninja responded.
The Anima weapon manifested itself next to Keimusho's head once again. "Perhaps it would be better if you showed him," the oni-esque creature suggested to Keimusho. Annoyed that the Anima randomly decided to show itself once more, the ninja sighed. "I pray that you don't mind them," he says to Angeal. "Interruptions aside, that is a fair point. My limited knowledge of this city would not suffice. It would perhaps be more fruitful to tour the city for the time being. Besides I trust that lingering around the vicinity of this dumpster would not be ideal for you?"

"It's possible, but I wouldn't bet on it," the ninja responded. It was only understandable that he'd wish to know if those he were acquainted with were transported here as well. "Though even if you manage to encounter someone you knew, chances are they are not the same as you last met them... To elaborate that individual could come from a different point in time as you. In my case I recently met someone from the same world as I, except that they come from a further point in time. However, I wasn't fortunate enough to meet someone I knew personally." The thought of losing his homeland as soon at it was reclaim greatly irked the ninja despite the fact that he mostly accepted this reality. To complicate the matter further that individual had also perished in Keimusho's time so was it even fair to compare the two timelines? The ninja did not wish to confuse the individual even further so he omitted that small detail.
The individual would go on to ask Keimusho if he seen anyone like him. The ninja scratched his head as he made an effort the remember such a individual, but alas he has not. "Apologies, but I haven't... Though I won't be the one to say that you won't ever find them. Who knows? There could be a chance that you could. More individuals are being sent here on a near-daily basis." Keimusho realized that the statement could have been overly optimistic, something that the ninja never tries to be. But in actuality he actually did think there was a chance, albeit a slim one, that he could meet someone he was acquainted with.
"I've rambled on this subject for so long that I've neglected to introduce myself. I go by Mu, what name would you like for me to call you?" he asked the individual.

Keimusho listened intently as Caius explained the situation pertaining to the Original Sin. "Slave-trade and magic? Tis' plain to see that you're dealing with no mere bandit group then." And as the ninja took into account that they were also able to place a bounty on Caius' head it was clear that they likely also possessed a large amount of influence. Keimusho had the desireto ask for more details ;however, this not the the time nor the place to discuss this further so Keimusho simply nodded as Caius finished explaining his opposition with the Original Sin.
After Mu and Gilgamesh gave Caius a rundown of their abilities (or at least the abilities that they were willing to use this day for Mu's case), Caius would do the same. Keimusho took a closer look at Caius' weapons as the Dragonblade materialized them. Keimusho only really got to see the weapons from a distance since Caius would simply put them wherever they went instead of sheathing them. It was a most useful ability indeed. All of the mercenaries weapons were gunblades or gundaggers in the case of the latter two weapons. Keimusho had seen his fair-share of these bladed guns from the Garlean Empire, but never in the form of a dagger. He wondered why their shinobi never used such weapons, you'd only have to pull the trigger if you got caught. He also wondered what else could be made? A gunaxe? A gunspear? Keimusho dreaded the thought of seeing the weapons he conjured in his imagination in the hands of the soldiers of the Garlean Empire.
After the mercenary went over strategy Keimusho reached inside of his armor to retrieve two smokebombs. "I believe that these could prove useful in a bind. You'll never know when you could need to obscure your opposition's vision," he said as he would motion to hand them to his two teammates.

It was obvious from the question that this man was not of Zephon. It was almost like a daily occurrence that you just stumble across someone who just got sent here. And it was always random. Keimusho wished that if individuals were being dragged here that there could at least be some consistency with the process. He found it surprising that some hasn't gotten killed from being transported in a random location, It's only a matter of time before someone gets transported into the middle of a battle or into the nest of a ravenous monster. Luckily this individual only got transported next to a dumpster, though this was not one of the most ideal cities to be in. "Someone else not of this world..." the ninja mutters.
"From the sounds of it you are from another world. I realize that this will be quite much to take in, but listen well and do your best to keep your composure. This is not the world that you know. Like many of us you have been transported here. Here we stand on a planet called Zephon. The country is Serentestra and this city is Sonora," he informs the individual.
It was not that long ago that he would be informed of this information himself. He was quite grateful to Caius for informing him and assisting by gifting him a map. As such he wanted to show this same courtesy to this new individual. He would reach in his bag to reach a slip of paper. He would motion it towards this black-haired individual.
"Here. This is a map of Serentestra. If you are looking to depart the main cities would be here, Torensten, and Provo. Sonora perhaps isn't the best option of the three. Crime runs rampant during nightfall here," he continues.

Keimusho's journey to Sonora most definitely felt like a long one. The experience of meeting his world's Warrior of Light at The World Sight left him with much to think about. His conversation with Alexander made him think of what course of action to make if he returns to his world. He could've still have been lost in thought, if he wasn't aware of the city's less than ideal reputation. Upon entry the shinobi's usual vigilance returned instantly. It could easily turn dangerous here if you were caught in a vulnerable state of being. However, the danger's here were exactly why the ninja ventured here.
The ninja basically operated as a wandering vigilante of sorts. He traveled around in hopes to find someone in need. This approach bears much more fruit than one would expect it to. Perhaps it only works out this way because of the multitude of problems that occur on Serentestra, if not the entirety of Zephon. Whatever the case was Keimusho was certain that something would happen during his time here, especially he stayed during nightfall.
As the ninja walked through the streets of Serentestra, the Anima in his weapon would manifest its sprite-esque form. The anima yawns as if it awoke from slumber. "So what are we doing today boss?" it asked the ninja. "You seriously do not have the best timing do you?" Keimusho responded.
"It's fine. It's not like you are trying to be sneaky right now."
"If you are able to make that observation without manifesting this form, then why do you appear to have arisen from slumber?"
The ninja shifted his walk towards an alleyway. The Anima could easily be mistaken for a demon and Keimusho would prefer t not deal with that for multiple reasons. He didn't want normal civilians to start freaking out, he did not want to get attacked, and he did not want people to try to steal his kodachi if they somehow realized that the blade hosted this artificial soul. There was an individual standing next to a dumpster with a distraught look on his face. Keimusho would have typically just shifted over to another location, but from the looks on his face implied that he had to have some sort of problem. It was then that the Anima dissipated the form it used to communicate. Ignoring this Keimusho went over to him and said, "Hey are you alright? You appear as if you've seen a ghost." Keimusho cringed at those choice of words considering that he did have an encounter with a ghost in The Headstone Forest.

"Likewise Caius." Keimusho responded to the mercenary. "Did you manage to find the Original Sin?" he asked now that they were away from the public from the time being. Considering the impression that he got from Gilgamesh earlier, he would assume that the armored individual would be completely apathetic on the matter. It was safe to assume that they cared for little else but combat and the glory that came from it. Which was not a problem at all. In fact, it likely meant that he would be a very formidable ally in this event.
As Caius went over the rules once more, Keimusho thought about how best to approach this competition. The ninja obviously thought about going about it stealthily at first. However, he was wary about how much time that approach would take. When Caius asked about their capacity of magic, Keimusho figured that an aggressive approach may have to be the way to go. But he had to ask himself, "What abilities would be useful and should I make use of them?" He was also wary off potentially showing too much. Bunshin was an ability that was definitely out of the question. He only used that in the most dire of situations. He also didn't want to show many of his other ninjutsu abilities in public. Ill Wind was fine as it did not utilize mudra signs, but it was only good for stunning the enemy for a second. "That would only leave... iaijutsu," the ninja thought as he pulled his kodachi from its sheath. The sword vividly glowed a shade of amethyst purple.
Behind the ninja a sprite-sized being manifested besides the ninja's head. The red-skinned being had two horns on its head and a pair of long fangs. It was essentially an oni floating next to Keimusho.
"So you finally are thinking of utilizing me," it said. Keimusho looked surprised not because he didn't know this being, but because it didn't speak to him since he left his homeworld. It was the artificial soul that lived in (or essentially is) Keimusho's kodachi, the Anima. "Oh so it does speak," Keimusho responds. "I was just taking a nap. Where are we anyway?" it asked. "That would explain why you've been quiet for so long. And why you don't remember that I have been using you." Keimusho says while scratching his head. He didn't even realize that his weapon could nap. He just thought it became an empty husk when he came here. "Just get ready for an upcoming fight. I'll explain the rest later," he told the Anima. "Fine. Fine," it said before it dissipates its speaking form.
Keimusho sheathed the sword almost forgetting the situation he was in. "Apologies for that slight interruption. As for my abilities I will only be utilizing a few in order to not reveal too much. I am can utilize an ability that allowed me to prevent enemies from utilizing their abilities for a short while. As for shielding and healing I have two abilities that allow me to do that for myself, but not for others. Everything else for today will have to be done in close combat."

"I'm completely aware," Keimusho responded to Alexander's warning. "Fret not, it was only an hypothetical thought I had. I am not quick to take a risk like that without knowing the potential implications. I am also unaware of how I would even go about trying something of the sort," he continued. Something as large as transforming into the likes of an eikon (or merging with it in the case of Zenos) would have to be something Keimusho would have to look into before anything and that would be when he returned to his world. Keimusho prayed that the viceroy saw no need to resort to that since the Warrior of Light was deceased in his world.
The conversation between Keimusho and Alexander eventually led the two towards to sought after tomb. The tomb was a sight to behold akin to the tower itself. Keimusho wondered what kind of Warrior of Light this world had. Was he anything like Alexander? What did he do to receive such recognition? The title was not to be taken lightly so Keimusho assumed that he once saved Serentestra if not the entirety of Zephon. Perhaps they have done similar noble dead on many occasions. Regardless this tomb definitely commanded respect, if not reverence for this world's deceased hero.
The Au Ra sat seiza-style before the tomb. This was merely to show his respect to the hero. However, it was likely that this could've been mistaken as worshiping the warrior, especially from the perspective of the guards who were already confused enough from the conversation that Keimusho and Alexander held. Regardless Keimusho was unconcerned of the confusion he may or may not have been causing.
"May I ask what made you curious enough to visit this tomb? Was it simply because they were a Warrior of Light?" he asked Alexander.

"I see... so the Garlean Empire found a way to artificially imbue someone with the Echo. If it'll also allow them to manipulate aether as well... then they may very well create a nigh-unbeatable army if all the soldiers participate in the project." This very much worried the Au Ra. The Garleans already possessed unmatched magitek. Combining their weapons and armor with the manipulation of aether was something that Keimusho dreaded to think about. The Warrior of Light dying in his world definitely yielded the worse of consequences. He would really have to think of how he could help prevent a aether-wielding Garlean Empire for when he is able to return.
"I suppose if we could merge with primals with the Echo, it could serve as a contingency plan of sorts. Only to be used in the most extreme of cases..." he continues. Perhaps like what is more than likely yet to come in Keimusho's world. The Warrior of Light's death would definitely not deter the Empire from this Resonant Project. In fact, it was likely to encourage it. Zenos merging with Shinryu could be a different story, that seemed to be overkill with the Warrior of Light's absence. In fact, it was already overkill to begin with. Keimusho couldn't imagine what it must have taken in order for Alexander to beat the merged entity with was Zenos and the true dragon.
Another pressing thought entered Keimusho's mind soon afterwards. "Seeing that you come from a time totally different from mine, I wonder if the states of our worlds change while we are in this one. If we were returned would we come back to the point at which we left? Would some time pass by?" he asked rhetorically. Keimusho was certain that the only way he'd find out is whenever he'd get to go back.

"Kami strike me down... He merged with the true dragon?! That is absurd!" he exclaimed while trying to keep an acceptable tone of voice. He was sure Alexander would not care much and be understanding, but there was no guarantee that guards would be of a similar mindset. "How would one even go about merging themselves with an eikon?" he asked. Keimusho had a sigh of relief when Alexander revealed that the story ended well with Zenos bringing about his own demise. That was until he remembered that the two of them come from different points in time. What Alexander experienced was only yet to come for Keimusho assuming that he could be sent back to the exact time that he left. In addition, it wasn't like that his version of the Warrior of Light would be alive to stop it. "If he is willing to go that far then this is something that must be prevented." he continued.
Alexander went on to explain what exactly the Echo was. Honestly, he did a better job at it than the other Scions did. Perhaps, it was due to the limited time he had to speak with them that he didn't get a very thorough explanation. However, something about this explanation and the information that Zenos merged with Shinryu irked him. Alexander's explanation that the Echo allows you to channel the power of primals answered his earlier question, but that did not explain how a Garlean had the ability as well. "If the Echo allows one to channel the power of eikons then how can the Imperial do the same? A Garlean couldn't possibly have the Echo as well could they?" he asked.

Alexander seemed extremely surprised at the statement that he was dead. It was completely understandable and justified after all. Keimusho couldn't think of what he'd do if someone suddenly told him that he was dead. Still, Keimusho thought it was weird. Why was he unaware of it all? Keimusho speculated that maybe something else happened in his homeworld while he was gone that led to the Warrior of Light returning from a seemingly deceased state. But that would not explain why Alexander was clueless on the matter. "This is a rather queer revelation for the both of us it seems. But yes, we all came to the conclusion that you perished when the castle crashed after you succeeded in taking it. However, by the sounds of it I assume that in your case that you did not get trapped underneath the castle rubble or anything of the sort?" he responded.
The Warrior of Light would then ask about the aftermath of his death. "Doma would be liberated, but we would have little time for celebratation. We soon would head for Gyr Abania to earn Ala Mhigo's liberation. The idea to assassinate the Ala Mhigan viceroy Zenos arose, but before I could have a full attempt at the Garlean's head.... I started to see a vision. At first I was under the impression that this was the what the Scions called the Echo," he responds to the Eorzean's question. Keimusho wretched at this recent memory. He decided not to mention the fact that he had to kill his former master before hand. He concluded that the specific detail was irrelevant to Alexander's question. "Instead of seeing the past. I instead saw this world, Zephon. And then that was when I ended up here," he continued. The Au Ra's own curiosity peeked as he attempted to explain his situation to him. "But... if you lived then what happened afterwards?" he asked the Eorzean.
