This marks the visual era of Adventu 4.0, our 4th and by far best design we've had. 3.0 suited our needs for a very long time, but as things are evolving around the site (and all for the better thanks to all of you), it was time for a new, sleek change. The Resource Site celebrity Pharaoh Leep was the amazing mastermind behind this with minor collaborations from your resident moogle. It's one-of-a-kind and suited specifically for Adventu. Final Fantasy Adventu is a roleplaying forum inspired by the Final Fantasy series. Images on the site are edited by KUPO of FF:A with all source material belonging to their respective artists (i.e. Square Enix, Pixiv Fantasia, etc). The board lyrics are from the Final Fantasy song "Otherworld" composed by Nobuo Uematsu and arranged by The Black Mages II.

The moment Claire had been dreaming for, finally arrived. It had begun with a visit to her little home in Provo, where she was introduced to Lumina's crew. After which she had to find Quistis to let her know the good news. Once they were ready to go, they boarded Lumina's airship, Radiance. The speed of the ship, being able to see Zephon from so up high, it was quite the tour to be sure! Probably the highlight of everything to date, if Claire was judging.
They would then be escorted from the hangar towards Torrensten's University of Magi. When the University came into sight, Claire audibly gasped in delight. Her head tilted upwards to look at the grand facility, "Wow..." she then turned to her side, to see Quistis' response. "So...are you nervous? I-I'm fine, I'm dressed for my debut." Claire...was not so fine, she was clearly nervous but she was excited as well. Being warned about the tropical climate of Torrensten, she made a very light white mage's cloak, pairing it with a cream and pink mini skirt, an off-white rose tinted pair of stockings with a blue and white set of mary janes. For the top that was mostly covered by the cloak, she wore a dark grey corset with a sleeveless pink blouse.
Mog would also be with Claire, likely floating to her opposite side. She had guessed that Serah would soon come into sight. Waiting at the entrance to the University for both of them, like a concerned Mother. Claire would wave all the same before slowly making her way towards Serah. "Mog, I hope you remember what we practiced. It's important to make a lasting impression on one's first day." as she recalled, there would be no tricks and shenanigans in her sister's class. Claire also distinctly remembered not promising to cause trouble and make a show of things, in the other teacher's classes. Well, she'd behave in Quistis' classes too, as an extension.

Being aboard the airship 'Radiance' felt much like the time when Garden was mobile. In this airship, she could see the world that she pretty much appeared in. A placed called 'Zephon'. It was a little different from her world considering that where she was from, water divided the areas she visited greatly. At least this was a great way and view to see Zephon as a whole and hopefully she could fit into this new world. But there are times when she'd get homesick; worried about her classes, students, exams, friends and colleagues and missing him~..
Her thoughts were disrupted immediately once Claire stated that they have landed where they needed to be. A place called Torensten. Claire spoke of her sister when they first met and with Quistis being knowledgeable with Blue magic and still retaining the enemy skill ability, she was also a teacher as well. The SeeD instructor knew that should she be stuck in Zephon, it was best to earn a living since she'd be here for quite sometime. And thank Hyne there was someone here who was also not of this world. She was grateful for Claire stepping into their situation back in Provo. The blonde's situation would have been a little harder had she not appeared and offered her help.
While the pair were escorted to the University where Claire's sister worked, the light pink haired female paused. Looking over at her, she canted her head to the side, giving the young woman an inquisitive expression.“Nervous? Oh, I'm not nervous Miss Farron. Far from it. I'm used to dealing with students and instructors. My only worry is that I hope the students here can pay better attention when I give instructions and lessons. That is, if I get the position”. With her students back in Garden, they would pay more attention to her body rather than her teaching lessons or would rather play cards with the King of Triple Triad while, of course, eyeing her body.
Quistis had been wearing something other than that salmon/pink attire Claire first met her in. Since she was going in for an interview for a teaching position, the blonde had been wearing a white blouse with short sleeves buttoned up to the collar bone, black slacks and a pair of hush puppy type shoes. She did keep her belt on with her 'Save-the-Queen' attached on the side in case any danger would approach them. And..it was a good thing she chose to wear a short sleeve shirt; the weather was a little more humid than she expected. Back in her world, the most temperatures she'd felt were wind, snow, cold and even temperatures. Nothing like this..
Before approaching Claire's sister, Serah, she watched as the light pink haired female spoke to Mog. She bit her lower lip, trying her best to suppress her chuckle and kept her hands clasped behind her back. Quistis always held herself as being proper and respectful. She didn't wish to give Serah a bad first impression. But as they drew closer, the SeeD instructor looked forward, pushing her silver framed specs up from the bridge of her nose to adjust her vision. 'Ok, Trepe. Be confident. It'll be as easy as casting a ultima spell ', she thought to herself when the pair were drawing closer to Serah.

I'm not an army of one
It had taken her a few days to settle down once she had finished helping Lumina. Days that had been spent applying for her position at the Magic Academy, as well as making sure things were set up well in their new place. Once they were she only had two worries on her mind: Whether she’d be accepted, and of course… How her little sister Claire was doing. She trusted Mog to help keep her safe of course but… she knew how those liked to play together to, play that tended to get them both in trouble if caught. There were also plenty of monsters between the two locations. Of course, sense they would be traveling in the Radiance they should be mostly safe… but what if some of the flying ones got up to them? She didn’t even remember if the airship was armed or not. Still…. The good news was that she did in fact end up getting accepted, just earlier that day in fact. She was accepted for a position as a teacher of White Magic for the academy, something she was quite happy to have been able to accomplish. If there was something she knew a lot about now aside from history, it was magic. She had used it a lot on her journey, gradually growing in its use. She learned from Mog and even Noel how it worked as well. Having the opportunity now to pass all that knowledge on to others… It was a nice feeling. All the better it would make taking care of herself and Claire far easier with a steady income. To that end she had also made sure to dress herself in more Proper Clothing for when she was teaching, an outfit she was still wearing now for meeting up with her sister. Much as said sister predicted, she was currently waiting by the entrance for she and Mog to arrive, (totally not worrying way more than she should in the process) Serah waved to her, and she gave a wave and smile back. Mog to his credit understood Claire completely, in this he had every intent of helping his rival make a good impression! …so long as it didn’t get him in trouble with Serah anyway.
”Don’t worry kupo, you’ve got this! School is nothing for my eternal rival kupo!”
Girl’s hidden mean streak on improper behavior was legendary, even if Claire wasn’t fully aware of it yet as she was now. That was ok, he’d just have to help them avoid that particular death trap.
The pair approached Serah together, with another woman in tow. Was she applying for a position as well? She certainly looked the part. Why was she with Claire though? Moreover, why hadn’t Mog, or Lumina through Mog informed her of this? The pinkette gave a light sigh, she supposed it wasn’t a big deal this time, the woman didn’t seem like a bad person, and if she was applying here she hopefully wouldn’t be a bad influence on Claire… well, it would be fine, if it became trouble she’d just have to handle them at that point.
Her main worry though was how Claire was feeling right now, despite the confidence she usually showed, this was her first day at school, in an entirely new world… that had to be hard. As a result, the first thing she did when the trio cam up to her was lean down towards Claire with a smile, running a hand through her hair in an attempt to comfort her.
”Your going to do great sis~ I just know it, you’re a natural! You’ll be mastering these lessons in no time”
Standing back up she, for now didn’t address Mog, though she’d definitely have questions for him later, something the moogle could tell from the light glare he received.
She then turned to the newcomer, maintaining her smile as she greeted someone new, offering her hand out for a handshake.
”Hello miss, would you happen to be applying for a teaching position to? Oh, if you don’t mind my asking… how did you end up with my sister?”
She didn’t want to be rude, but she did want to know. She was protective that way, even though she was pretty sure the woman wasn’t a threat. That was one thing that had grown greatly after Claire’s age situation changed, Serah was… far more protective in her new role as a big sister, practically like how a mother would be. Besides, last she was unprepared Claire played around with bombs!
