Hilda could imagine losing someone close to her and feeling that emptiness in their absence. It would make anyone hurt and turn into themselves in an attempt to cope and heal. “You can take time for yourself to cope with loss and see your friends. Keeping those connections and remembering who you are is just as important as ruling a kingdom.”

This was something Hilda had to relearn. In Zephon, she found herself sorely alone without many connections. Even back on Gaia, who had she been particularly close to other than her husband and strangely her captor? It was an unnerving thought that she refused to entertain at this moment.

Hilda returned Garnet’s smile as she got the other Queen’s assistance in carrying bags. Hilda hummed thoughtfully to herself. What did she really need? “I only need a place to boil the solution, then let the herbs steep in a dark place. Then we simply strain the herbs out before allocating it to the bottles.” Any small kitchen area would probably do. It was not ideal, but she could work with it. She could enchant the herbs before steeping, then check on them until they were ready if stored in a closet.

“Lead the way.” She said softly. She exited the store with supplies in hand, and ready to aid Garnet in her endeavors. “I hope I have not kept you from other chores. I know you are quite busy at the church. Let me know what else I can do to aid you.” She hoped she hadn’t taken too much of Garnet’s time, but she was happy to find her. It made Hilda feel a little less alone.
