This marks the visual era of Adventu 4.0, our 4th and by far best design we've had. 3.0 suited our needs for a very long time, but as things are evolving around the site (and all for the better thanks to all of you), it was time for a new, sleek change. Final Fantasy Adventu is a roleplaying forum inspired by the Final Fantasy series. Images on the site are edited by KUPO of FF:A with all source material belonging to their respective artists (i.e. Square Enix, Pixiv Fantasia, etc). The board lyrics are from the Final Fantasy song "Otherworld" composed by Nobuo Uematsu and arranged by The Black Mages II.

Why hello, I'm Fin! I've been on this site for about five years now and I've kind of made it my new internet home! I work as a front-end web developer (think HTML, CSS, JS -- I make websites pretty!) and currently work from home which means that I can be on here basically all the time. I've got a bachelors in Fish and Wildlife Sciences, and I'm currently a PCR/Medical Lab Technician for a veterinary bio-research facility! Decided to follow suit and use the same intro template as everyone else sorry Kupo I used to be a retail manager but I quit that to there being a stupid amount of favouritism there and just can't deal with it anymore. Don't go into retail kids. I'm currently training to become a marine so fingers crossed with that one. In my spare time I'm usually played video games or binge watching random stuff on Netflix. I fit into that grey area falling somewhere between being a jock and a nerd lmao. So I could probably chat your head about most topics. I have been RP’ing ever since 2005… I’m ancient. Although I started in several local RP communities where I lie before eventually joining my first long-term one, a Harry Potter RP in late 2010. I also joined a SAO one during its heydays, and when that died I went to Log Horizon. I discovered Pokémon RPs in 2013 but as of now I’ve taken a break because…reasons.
Invited by Josh over here for my birthday, I’d only recently started RP’ing again due to self-esteem issues along with not having a job for over a year (wait yeah it’s been a year since I stopped working, ugh) and quite frankly writing keeps the nasties away…most of the time.
I also have quite a selection of muses; unfortunately one of my best go-to muses isn’t exactly adaptable to the FF universe so that’ll have to stay elsewhere.

Hullo, I am Yaz. Initially came here through random searching, but finding other friends from old here, I mainly lurked about for a little while as I stopped roleplaying for a time, then found the place again due to someone talking about being banned from this place, then found the place again due to some odd events, then found the place again due to friends being here, then found the place again through advertisements on my own board... And I joined at the time as Artoirel until my life went downhill and into oblivion, yay!
In any case, I've been roleplaying for about 15 years now, started back in 2004. I've mainly roleplayed on forums, barely ever done chat roleplays, but even done those and other stuff like voice chat roleplays, just roleplays on the couch with others, LARP, and so on. I'm just a weird guy in general.
I work as a software test engineer for over 5 years now, it can be really busy and my time outside work is quite limited. So most of my posts are made during work. I am a huge Final Fantasy fan, having played practically all of the games including Japan exclusive ones like Before Crisis. I just try to get my hands on all of them.
