II. PERSONA
G'raha Tia is not a terribly complicated individual, even if he may speak in riddles or be a bit misleading when it comes to his intentions. This stems from a certain loneliness he had to endure for hundreds of years, keeping many at arm's length to preserve his sanity and persevere through the coming tragedies.
But this is not who he is, truly. G'raha is a studious young man with an ever-flowing thirst for knowledge and adventure. He's chipper and warm, and though he might not seek large social groups, many tend to flock to him because he is so easy-going and friendly. If ever there is a problem you need help facing, G'raha will not let you at it alone.
He would do anything for his friends, up to and including sacrificing himself. Truthfully, he is glad it didn't end up a permanent sacrifice, but he would do it again in a heartbeat. For a long, long time, G'raha had to become a wise old soul and live for others. But as he has experienced a new freedom, his youthful and playful demeanor has come back. And he's a glutton for trying new foods. And old foods. He loves snacks.

III. HISTORY
G'raha's story starts many, many years ago in the land of Corvos. In the Third Astral Era of Hydaelyn, Corvos was a land ruled by the Allagan Empire. The Allags were innovators of their own time, and helped paved the way for new technologies. Knowledge of these technologies were kept secret in the Crystal Tower, a large, shimmering structure composed of literal crystal. His ancestors were able to befriend the princess Selina, who entrusted his ancestor with the Allagan Eye; a trait that not only gave all descendants crimson eyes, but also the knowledge locked away in the Crystal Tower.
After the Allagan Empire fell, his ancestors stayed in Corvos to be near the Crystal Tower and to protect it. Eventually, his clan slowly died out and G'raha eventually became the only one left. He was shunned due to the implications of the Allagan Eye, though knowledge of its purpose died out with his clan. G'raha moved to Sharlayan to be free of the loneliness and to learn more about his heritage. There, he studied with the Students of Baldesion and wanted nothing more than to read beneath the shade of a tree.
A myriad of events led him back to the Crystal Tower. He kept his connection to it a secret until his friends were put in danger and he needed to use his knowledge of Allagan technology to keep them safe. By sacrificing himself, he thrust his friends back into their true time and locked himself in the tower.
Many, many years had passed in this new world he landed in. He came through the tower in the First, an alternate shard to Hydaelyn, and lived among Norvrandt and its people after the Flood of Light drowned out the night indefinitely. G'raha became the Crystal Exarch, and led a wise regime among its people. But when dangers started to appear and threatened the balance of peace, he called upon his Warrior of Light friends again, but instead pulled in the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. Eventually, he got the Warrior of Light and together they all stopped the Rejoining and world-destroying calamities.
Again, in a bout of self-sacrifice, G'raha had slowly become consumed by the Crystal Tower in his years of living off its power, and used his las bit of strength to use the tower's powers to send his friends back home. But not without first giving them a vessel with his memories inside. As his last request, he requested they find a way to honor his memory with it. His body then became fully encased in crystal, and the Scions were sent home.
If it weren't for another Student of Baldesion and her hard work, G'raha never would have been able to come back to the Source. The workings of the vessel were figured out and G'raha could finally return to his former home. In his help with researching the Tempering, the Final Days was foretold and again, he and his friends fought to keep the world from being destroyed. The power of friendship prevailed again.
With the end of days averted, G'raha went back to studying and reading among the pleasant shade of a tree. He dozed off with his nose in a book, and only woke later when he slowly came to and realized... he wasn't on Etheirys anymore.
He slowly closed his book, and closed his eyes with a light sigh and smile. The tips of his ears twitched with curiosity, and he set forth toward a city in the distance.
