Tobias was in Sonora hanging out at a ramen bar eating spicy noodles while waiting for his contact Rust. He was watching the tv while eating his noodles to pass the time. Soon enough Rust showed up with a folder in his hand as he sat down next to Tobias. "Excuse me can I have the creamy chicken ramen?" asked Rust to the cook who nodded and began to make his order. While his order was being made Rust slide the folder to Tobias who looked it over extensile. When he saw how much this gang called Millennium was worth he nearly choked on his noodles. Rust chuckled at the sight of Tobias and soon enough his food was brought to him. Rust was slurping on his noodles when Tobias turned to look at him. "Wait these guys are involved in kidnapping and the government hasn't done anything?" asked Tobias to Rust who shrugged and swallowed his food. "These guys here are anti government and are large in numbers from what I've gathered in that folder those are the key members right there. You take them all out and soon enough the gang will fall apart." said Rust to Tobias who just lightly chuckled.

"Yeah only for another gang to raise up in their place." said Tobias to Rust who smirked "Yeah well if that happens I'll call ya. But these key members you can take them in or kill them in order to collect the reward also a bonus if you can save those kidnapped officials." said Rust to Tobias who stood up and began to walk towards the door. "Saving kidnapped officials? Sounds like I'm earning my good deed for the day. Take care Rust." said Tobias as he left the ramen shop with his cross. He opened up the folder once more and looked at the members and then their leader. "Well I'm in for a hell of a day." said Tobias to himself as he began to head over to the last location of where Millennium was last seen.
