Yuffie could relate when Terra admitted she also wondered what had happened back home. Although Yuffie wondered if it was the same for her. For Yuffie, it had been on the cusp of the destruction of everything. They had defeated Sephiroth but the meteor was still falling, and she had no idea if Aerith and the Life Stream had stopped it in time. She had to believe it had, but... she didn't know. Sephiroth had been no help, obviously. Caius kept mentioning Cloud, but she still hadn't found him. Maybe he could offer some answers.

"Eh, I'm sure things back home are fine for me," Yuffie said with a confidence she didn't feel. "I mean, we saved the world, right? That means it should stay saved for, like, at least five minutes. It's probably a lot less awesome there now, though, since I'm not there anymore," she quipped with her usual bravado to avoid having to actually think about it too much. Since she couldn't get home or do anything about it, it was best to just try and be confident, she decided.

The girl seemed a bit distant about something though, and Yuffie did what she thought was best; pry. Of course. With her hands clasped behind her back, she peered at Terra thoughtfully.
"Ohhh, are you scared 'cause you think one of YOUR bad guys might be here too? Don't worry! I'll totally kick his butt too! I beat up Sephiroth, I can take anyone! Just watch me!" she said enthusiastically, running from spot to spot throwing fake punches suddenly, just to demonstrate her total badass-itude, of course.

She listened intently as Terra explained magicite again, in case it was access to more power.
"Wait, so magicite gives you access to magic and grows as you carry it? Whaaaat? That's just a total materia rip off!" Yuffie protested, as if somehow one universe doing something her universe did was a 'rip off'. "Bet materia's prettier though! Look at it!" she pulled out an orb, throwing it into the air, and catching it, before returning it to her materia slot. "Neat, huh?"
