Once Declan had been given Caius' approval, Declan couldn't help but smirk. "Looking forward to it! Thanks for givin' me the opportunity! I won't let ya down!" the young man said confidently, however him being able to prove himself was still considered to be up in the air. However, Declan was never one to lack determination, let alone motivation. Plus, if it meant finding someone he knew from Spira, then that would at least make his stay in this new place all the less unfortunate for him.

Declan had decided not to further their previous conversation about Yuna being a High Summoner and all that jazz. Plus, he wasn't even sure if the Yuna Caius knew was the same Yuna everyone back home knew. The only way to find that out was for Declan to meet this Yuna in person and see if she was the real deal or not. However ... what would he even do if she was the real Yuna ...?
